Manager Qualifications
Manager roles are for agents who have proven they can produce consistently and lead others with compliance and professionalism.
- Experience required: prior Lifeline activation experience (or strong sales/field experience) is preferred.
- Consistency: you must be actively producing and in good standing (compliance matters).
- Leadership: ability to train, coach, and support new agents.
- Team requirement: you must have at least 5 active agents working under you (minimum).
- Organization: ability to manage schedules, locations, inventory, and reporting.
